Quincy, IL and Adams County are being sued for their wanton intentional act's of attempting to frame a former prosecutor, former Schmideskamp, Robertson, Neu and Mitchel Good Ol Boy associate attorney, and former School Board President for the murder of his deceased wife.

It's where the lawyers are all close buddies that won't sue each other for wronging their clients, or report legal misconduct on one another, have their hands in each others pocket and the mayors office spent 5 million dollars on the hydro electric power project and gets the taxpayers absolutely nothing to show for it. Only John spring (the former mayor) is sitting pretty good with his new legal friends in Washington DC.
He also ran off the World Free Fall Convention (which killed additional taxable revenue) due to "naked people" running around the airport. Which WASN'T a family event in the first place as he claimed. It was for skydivers. Yet it's ok to be careless and waste our money? Yeah, the mayors office... How Pathetic.
But it's okay to go after Quincy Fire Department personnel for using its computer systems for non authorized use. Huge amounts of money were spent on legal fees...
It's also where the riot police are called on a peaceful protest
Additionally, it's where the states attorney's office had a nephew who got in trouble and the assistant SA attempted to intervene on his family’s behalf for that troubled individual.
It's also home of the Quincy Public Schools district 172. Which traditionally has been known as the laughing stock of the state of Illinois.
The Tort Fund Abuse - where the quincy public schools approved paying teacher salaries from it. Their law firm SRNM.Com supported the abuse of funds and bilked QPS $500,000.00 in bogus legal fees.
It has been bilking the local taxpayer for years and continues to do so to this day. But you have to know that since they have a new school board, that they are really gonna make it work this time. While SRNM.com bilks the tax fund in the name of a defense of some sort.
"Work this time" means running up the bill with new school building construction that I and everyone that lives here apparently can afford. They like to co-opt kids needs for being the reason for their greedy wasteful actions. But the kids are extremely important...as long as you're not on the issue of abortion.
The Adams County Probation department had a probation officer who ran a meth house with his guns present. The same house with a convicted drug felon living there. Yeah, like he really got in trouble for that.
It's who you know and who you blow if you are a good ol boy.
It's also where the former assistant states attorney/school board president is going on trial for murder.
