"That judge that must have fallen and bumped his fucking head!" -Anonymous
OK, I sent him (Judge Mays) a letter with questions regarding how the courtroom was handled back when both orders of protection were heard.
They were extended as well as him giving me legal advice by telling me that I could go to Steve Swink, Frank Froman or someone who I "trusted" for a psych evaluation (That process also seems fruitless right now since cornerstone keeps changing their stories) As well as him telling me in court in front of everyone that I shouldn't post my (comments that are factual opinions based on facts) comments on line or I would make someone mad and that I should keep them covered up if I was going to write anything.
Yeah, like I'm not pissed of at all after all of these concerted actions that he took part in.
The letter was sent back on May 24th, 2011 to him (see return receipt) . I just received a letter postmarked on October 24th, 2011 (Two days ago) most likely in response to me filing the letter in my case at the circuit clerks office as well as the online journal entry with Kathryn drinking behind the wheel and giving a copy of those materials to Kathryn's NEW lawyer, Ryan Schnack.
I think the response by the judge was motivated by Kathryn's Lawyer (the one that most likely has knowledge of her former lawyers legal misconduct as well as judge Ortbal's) receiving a copy of the online journal front page and the letter to judge Mays last week.

I've been filing some of my journal entries then posting the filed copy here just so they don't come up "missing" from the circuit clerks office.
I feel that now I have a better chance that giving this to the overseers of the judicial system will be more effective.
Also, He didn't say a word to me about my letter to him during my probation review. I replied to his question of how was I doing. I just said just kickin' it as usual. His response was "well, don't kick too hard".
